Shipping Conditions

COVID-19 UPDATE:

As we are all aware the Covid-19 outbreak is changing the way we live our lives and how business operates. We are currently working and dispatching as normal. Delivery and Postal Services are running smoothly with some delays. Please expect longer than normal delivery times and Bed or Bath cannot except refunds for items that are delivered later than normal.

Depending on where you live, we will either deliver to your door via courier or we will deliver your order to your nearest post office. Typical delivery method is USPS or other carrier. The type of delivery will be communicated at the time of sale, and again when your order is ready. Expect a delivery time of 5-7 days for most orders. We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on bedorbath.com will then be processed (pending payment method approval) and shipped out from the nearest distribution center.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the products or items selected are not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Bed or Bath Customer Service will contact you.

We currently do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays. Orders shipped via USPS may arrive on Saturday (post office discretion), but all other methods of shipment do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Returns Policy

We are able to accept returns on orders no older than 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
